Burns Engineering
Since 1960, Burns' collaborative work environment and client-focused approach remain central components to their national reputation, delivering unmatched project excellence. Burns was looking to develop a modern and sophisticated look to their social media accounts through the use of graphic templates.
The Neff team designed a series of templates unique to each category to help differentiate different posts to their viewers. These categories included Employee Highlights, Speakers, Project Insights, Announcements, and more. Our job was to differentiate these posts so they could stand out on their own, while remaining true to the Burns' identity and be cohesive with one another.
The Linden
A new mixed-use project located in the Spruce Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. This project aimed to attract sophisticated residents that want to live and work in this burgeoning neighborhood and demand an elevated lifestyle that the Linden offers.
The Neff team worked to increase The Linden's visibility, generate awareness, build community engagement / credibility and ultimately, encourage lease signing through public relations and social media strategy.
LVL West
Neff was hired to help launch this modularly constructed, state-of-the-art apartment through PR and social media, to help generate buzz and get the word out that leasing is officially underway. LVL West wanted to stand out by adding a touch of grit to its graphics.
Blue Sunday
After decades of successful restaurant entrepreneurship, Blue Sunday was founded in 2016 with the vision of creating a full-scale restaurant that promises excellent food with a spirited drinking atmosphere.
Neff launched a social media strategy which greatly increased brand awareness and reach within Philadelphia, while increasing foot traffic through a strong, consistent, and shareable digital presence on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Neff highlighted Blue Sunday's unique experience through short form video and photography.
Dooney’s Pub
Neff assisted Dooney’s Pub, an Irish pub that’s a hotspot for gamedays, authentic food and artisanal cocktails, in generating press and revamping social media after being open for over a decade.
Neff executed a strategic public relations campaign aimed to raise the visibility of Dooney’s and generate buzz around the pub’s offerings in the Greater Philadelphia Market. Our proposed PR strategy positioned Dooney’s as the go-to spot for Philly sports, event nights and reliable food.
Our Social Team would routinely go on site for photoshoots of the food, drinks, and staff to be used for their social platform. Custom graphics and illustrations were also designed to highlight special menus and upcoming events.
Asher’s Chocolate
Asher’s Chocolate Co hired Neff to increase brand awareness and raise the visibility of Asher’s Chocolate Co. brand by generating buzz around the company’s 130 year legacy and emergence of their fifth generation leadership. Through earned press coverage we tell the story behind the Asher’s Chocolate brand, and educate the media and consumers about Asher’s finest and freshest, locally sourced ingredients, sticking to the same recipes for years. We positioned Asher’s Chocolates as the nation’s chosen chocolate and fine candy provider and one of largest lines of sugar free chocolate in the country.
Illadelph Vodka
Illadelph Spirits represents the evolution of a high-end artisanal glass art brand with a cult-like following married together with the craftsmanship of a team of master distillers and spirit makers to create something new.
Neff identified Illadelph Vodka's position in the liquor and vodka marketplace. We worked to formulate messaging, positioning and creative concepts that incorporate Illadelph's brand story and dedication to their craft. We assisted with the launch of their Flagship Vodka by developing recommendations, created highly visual social media content and provided Public Relations services, including planning it's friends and family soft launch party in Philadelphia.
